Jersey based recruitment agency 'Select Recruitment' is managed by Sean and Toni O’Flaherty (Recruitment Director):
Toni O'Flaherty: Director
Toni was born in the UK and moved to Jersey in 1990. She has over 15 years experience within the finance industry, of which more than 10 of them have been within recruitment and HR. Toni holds the Certificate in Personnel Practice, Merit. Toni's previous employment was in Human Resources as HR Officer for a local Accountancy Practice, she also worked for two Jersey recruitment agencies as Temps Controller and Recruitment Manager. Toni is honest and passionate and believes with the right guidance and training candidates can fill their full potential.
Sean was born in Jersey and has 16 years experience in the finance industry.
He is both FCCA (a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualified having originally gained his experience with Ernst & Young. His career has been varied and covers Accountancy, Trust Company Business and Banking.
Sean also founded O'Flaherty & Co a local Accountancy Practice, in 2003 and in October 2008 integrated this business with that of Rosscot, Chartered Accountants. He remains involved with Select Recruitment to this day providing recruitment, accounting, technical and general support.
Stephanie Greig: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Stephanie Greig was born in Jersey and has over 10 years experience in the finance industry, over 5 of them within recruitment. Stephanie holds the Certificate in Recruitment Practice - Merit, Bachelor of Science in Psychology - 2.1 Honours and the Jersey Trust and Company Administration Certificate.
Stephanie has gained a broad knowledge of the recruitment requirements of the finance sector, having been involved from a consultancy and candidate's perspective. Her own career has been varied which includes Trust, Funds and the Banking industries. Stephanie has a reputation of building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, she embraces challenges while always maintaining professionalism and diplomacy.
