Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator for their Private Equity Funds department
to work on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new Private Equity Funds. This is a varied and challenging role and candidates will be expected to be able to assist administrators with their client relationships and be involved in all aspects of Private Equity Fund administration and coordinate Company Secretarial duties.
The successful applicant will be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard and hold an ICSA diploma qualification or equivalent, with at least five years of demonstrable private equity / trust and company experience with experience in company secretarial matters.
