New opportunity available for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our client and support the company secretarial needs of a portfolio of regulated investment managers, regulated funds and subsidiaries under a rigorous control framework.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' relevant experience in the finance industry with strong working knowledge of Jersey Companies Law and the regulatory environment. Exceptional communication skills are required, both written and verbal, along with a high attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a responsive, client-focused approach.
