Senior HR Administrator

Exciting opportunity to take on a new HR role within a growing organisation! Working alongside the Head of HR you will assist with shaping the HR function, and will have involvement in all generalist HR areas, including general HR admin, payroll and operational support to the business. This will give fantastic exposure to all areas of HR in a really varied role - great for career development! You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in a range of important HR projects, such as the implementation of a new system, and updating policies and procedures.
Applicants will need previous HR administration experience, along with experience in payroll and benefits administration and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practice and topical issues. Strong IT skills are a must, along with confident communication skills, the ability to work proactively and to deadlines, and a proactive, flexible, enthusiastic approach!
