Looking for an exciting, busy varied role and are available immediately?  This could be right up your street!!  Our client is looking for an highly organised Lettings Property Administrator / Co-coordinator to join their successful property management team.

Working closely with this team you will take responsibility for all duties relating to the letting of a large portfolio of rental (residential and commercial) properties, from writing reports, creating marketing campaigns, arranging viewings, vetting of tenants and issuing agreements and contracts. You will also deal with telephone enquires, and ensure that all the properties are maintained and kept to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity for a customer service oriented candidate with a self-motivated work ethic to become part of a busy team.  The successful applicant must have a "can do" attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, marketing and general administrative skills, a full clean driving licence, five years residency and a desire to succeed!
