Administrator - Executive Compensation

Committed and forward-thinking candidate required to join our client's busy growing Executive Compensation team in the position of Administrator!

The successful candidate will join a team that services the requirements of a number of different schemes which will result in a varied workload, including client communications, preparing resolutions, instructions to intermediaries, payments, updating registers and trust records, as well as maintaining the team's administration portal and dealing with any ad-hoc matters as requested.

The successful applicant should have one or two years' experience within the finance industry with a background in trust administration and/or compensation structures, demonstrating solid transferable skills, including technical affinity, data management skills and ideally a good level of experience in MS Excel. You must be comfortable working both independently, and as part of a collaborative team, and will need a pro-active, driven approach.
