Manager - Client Services

Due to growth, our client is seeking a senior Trust profession to join their dynamic Client Services Team in the role of Manager!  The successful applicant will manage a portfolio of more complex clients, including all aspects of client service, regulatory adherence, billing, record maintenance, risk management, CDD monitoring, client engagement and communications and task management. 

As Manager you will also oversee more junior members of the team, providing support with development and responsibility for performance management, and will work closely with Client Directors to ensure that the portfolio is managed effectively and to a very high standard. 

Proven experience in a client engagement management role is essential, along with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and relevant professional qualifications.  You will need strong communication and relationship building skills, an enquiring and analytical mindset, and the enthusiasm to be a collaborative team player in an energetic and passionate organisation.
