An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Analyst to join a forward-thinking and growing professional services firm, supporting transformation and continuous improvement across its Governance Services function.

This role will play a key part in driving effective and efficient business change, working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders and technical specialists to identify opportunities for improvement and translate these into practical, deliverable solutions. You will be instrumental in analysing processes, systems and reporting structures, ensuring that change initiatives are clearly defined, well-documented and successfully implemented.

Working within a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the business and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting both current and future state processes, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business objectives. From initial concept through to testing and implementation, you will help deliver meaningful change that enhances efficiency and drives operational excellence.
