Contract - Finance Administrator

Six month contract role available for a competent and experienced Finance Administrator to join a well established fiduciary organisation to provide support with the finance function, primarily assisting in accounts payable along with billing and accounts receivable aspects covering multiple jurisdictions.

Your daily duties will include purchase ledger transactions, daily posting of transactions and cash receipts, bank reconciliations, petty cash, administration of credit card and cheques, as well as other ad hoc duties as required. 

The successful candidate will be confident in the use of MS Office, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.  Previous experience in a similar environment will be advantageous and candidates must have strong communication skills to deal politely and professionally with team members, colleagues and client matters.
