Company Secretary

We are seeking an experienced, organised and capable candidate to provide general Company Secretarial support to a finance business with offices in various jurisdictions.  Your focus will very much be on adherence to company law and knowing how to undertake cosec processes – including taking minutes, keeping registers, arranging share transfers, board packs and ancillary documents, and generally ensuring minute books and company records are in order. In addition to this you will support the Compliance function across the Group, including assistance with Compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and managing the compliance training schedule. 

Applicants should have company secretarial experience, strong administrative and time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and a flexible, motivated approach.
