Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fund Administrator with at least 1-2 years experience in Real Estate, Funds or Corporate administration to join our valued client and work closely with the Team Assistant Manager to undertake all aspects of day-to-day administration for one or more assigned funds.

The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for a portfolio of client entities, duties will include but are not limited to company secretarial activity, processing queries, maintaining registers and files and processing distributions and capital calls amongst other tasks.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience along with technical knowledge of funds and financial services legislation and regulations. Good judgement and decision making skills are essential combined with an organised and flexible approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and investors.
