Excellent opportunity available for a customer focused team player to join a dynamic and forward-thinking insurance company and provide a high quality service for customers in accordance with the customer service guidelines. You will be required to liaise with both new and existing clients to discuss their insurance requirements, up-selling suitable products in order to support their needs.

The ideal candidate will have general knowledge and understanding of personal insurance theory and practice and an awareness of the current personal insurance market, however consideration will also be given to candidates at a more junior level with some administrative experience.
