Fantastic and varied support role for an experienced and organised office administrator to join a large organisational change project, providing all round back up support to the team. The role will involve general admin, file management, record maintenance, diary management, meeting organisation, managing travel, dealing with invoicing, assisting with creating presentations and many more ad hoc tasks as required.
The successful applicant will be IT savvy, with good numerical, organisational and planning skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with clients and colleagues alike. Previous experience in an office support role is essential, as is a can-do attitude and flexible approach.
