Administration Assistant - Office Administrator

Competent and experienced Administration Assistant / Office Administrator required to provide an all round support service to fee-earners across a multi-jurisdictional professional services firm. This role will include dealing with telephone calls and queries; typing of correspondence, emails and other documents; maintaining accurate files; assisting with invoicing and payments; organising meetings, diaries and travel; and taking part in any ad hoc tasks and projects as required. 

The successful candidate must have previous administrative experience, ideally in a professional finance environment, along with a pro-active 'can-do' approach and a confident outlook. You will need strong IT skills, accurate typing, and a strong desire to learn and embrace innovative and technological changes.
