Assistant Manager - Fund Accounting

Qualified Accountant required to join a prestigious Fund Accounting team and assist with the provision of fund valuation and accounting services to Private Capital funds and underlying private capital fund vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationship and communication, ensuring a first class level of service delivery, and overseeing more junior team members to ensure that all work is carried out within deadlines, to high standards and in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. 

Candidates must have excellent working knowledge of Private Capital fund structures and related accounting, as well as in depth understanding of US GAAP/UK GAAP/IFRS.  A motivated, team-focussed approach is essential, combined with strong communication skills and a good level of IT literacy.
