Manager - Accounting

Driven and ambitious Accountant required to take on a managerial role in a busy team!  The successful applicant will be a key part of the team, providing accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of new and established PE and RE funds, managing client relationships and accounting responsibilities.  You will have involvement in the drafting of procedures and other internal documents, as well as team planning, monitoring deadlines and coaching and developing junior staff members. Team management is an important part of the role, and you will oversee the team's workload, providing support and guidance, and taking part in performance management and recruitment. 

Strong technical accounting skills are essential, ideally gained within real estate funds or asset managment, and you will need a full understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.  Previous supervisory/coaching experience is a must, along with a confident, proactive approach and a professional attitude.
