We are seeking a knowledgeable candidate with strong business acumen to take on the role of Risk and Performance Lead within a large commercial organisation.  The successful applicant will have accountability for the development and co-ordination of the system of internal control, primarily through compilation of internal performance reporting to identify operational trends and risk indicators as part of the risk management process, and to inform better decision making. 

This is a senior level role for an individual with proven experience in guiding the development of internal control frameworks, and of driving/implementing internal controls across organisations, with strong business awareness and the ability to analyse data and trends. Previous experience of facilitating workshops would be beneficial, and candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise, and a collaborative, team-focused way of working.
