Corporate Administrator

Busy and challenging new role for an experienced corporate administrator to take responsibility for new incorporations and formations along with company secretarial administration and client reviews, and provide general administrative support to the risk and compliance team. 

Applicants should have a solid understanding of offshore corporate structures and processes, ideally with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in trust and company administration.  Previous law firm experience is preferred, and some experience of incorporating Jersey companies, foundations and limited partnerships through the JFSC MyRegistry would be beneficial.  The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines with minimal supervision, will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, good analytical skills and a flexible, 'can-do' approach.
