Corporate Governance Assistant

Rare opportunity to support the Head of Corporate Governance in a leading, private entrepreneurial investment firm!  

General duties will include arranging meetings, building board packs, managing the completion of action points, attending statutory filings, completing internal company reviews and liaising closely with the board of directors.  You will work alongside the team in general administrative and operational matters, and will also have the opportunity to develop your career by supporting with multi-jurisdictional projects. 

Applicants are required to have at least three years' company secretarial experience in an international finance environment, with specific knowledge and experience of the Jersey finance sector. You will need strong communication skills, an organised, analytical and solution driven approach, and the ability to work enthusiastically within a team, prioritising busy workloads and meeting deadlines.
