Business Systems Implementation Manager - Fund Administration

Unusual opportunity for an experienced Funds professional with a strong technical skill-set to join a leading Global Funds services provider where you will take responsibility for leading and managing business implementation projects from conception to completion. The role is instrumental in designing and implementing the core financial systems framework, encompassing processes and reporting mechanisms, and enabling the ongoing improvement of service value and innovation to clients across multiple jurisdictions. 

The successful applicant will be the link between fund admin teams, IT and external vendors, and will utilise deep knowledge of Investran to optimise fund admin processes, including accounting, investor reporting and data management. 

Candidates are required to have a good background in Private Equity fund administration, along with previous experience working with Investran, and a strong understanding of its use in fund admin processes. It would also be beneficial to have a good level of proficiency in MS Office, and some familiarity with programming languages (VBA, VB Script, SAS and Transact SQL).  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required, as well as excellent project management skills, and a collaborative, innovative and forward-thinking approach.
