Funds Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an established Manager to join our client's Real Estate team, overseeing the team to manage a portfolio of clients and manage key client and intermediary relationships. In addition to client responsibilities, which includes statutory returns, conducting meetings, maintaining documentation, management of client take-on and client visits, you will also work alongside the Director in supervising staff, including mentoring, counselling, recruitment, discipline, resourcing and training. 

This is a great role within a stable team, and will provide the successful applicant with a challenging, varied and busy workload. Previous Real Estate experience is preferred, and you will need a broad understanding of the wide range of fiduciary products offered. Strong people management skills are essential, as well as effective communication skills, and the ability to formulate, consider and select appropriate solutions.
