Manager - Private Equity Administration

Looking for a challenging opportunity in Funds?  Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced candidate to manage a team of Private Equity Administrators, taking responsibility for set-up, on-boarding and ongoing administration of a portfolio of private equity funds. 

Applicants must have previous Private Equity experience, with excellent working knowledge of fund structures, fund cash flows, regulation and corporate governance.  Previous team management experience is essential, combined with an enthusiastic, motivated and forward thinking approach, and the ability to work to a high standard in a fast paced environment.
