Challenging role for a senior level Funds candidate to take a really integral role within a reputable firm where you will be a lead in developing culture and communication across the business, ensuring that the Funds arm of the organisation is robust and strategically able to deliver, and to contribute to the continuing development of its target operating model, supporting teams through business volume pressures, changes to technology and delivery models. 

The role will have a  considerable focus on Business Development, through overseeing new strategies and initiatives to achieve operational, financial and business performance, participation in BD meetings, and taking part in setting pricing levels. You will also effectively manage a large, senior level team, developing, coaching and mentoring, and providing guidance in accordance with the business's policies and standards.
