Assistant Administrator - Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits

Junior level HR role available for a capable individual to take responsibility for the timely and accurate administration of benefits, and to support the administration and delivery of compensation programmes. The team is responsible for employees across multiple jurisdictions, and the role holder will be required to maintain accurate systems data, benefits enrolments and renewals, respond to employee queries and help with wellbeing initiatives.
Applicants will need a strong administrative background, ideally with experience in supporting benefits administration. You will need to have strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to oversee large amounts of data, maintaining systems and dealing competently with queries, all within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
