HR Officer - full or part time

Experienced HR generalist required to join a small, friendly administration team within a busy charitable organisation!  The successful applicant will take responsibility for overseeing the human resources function, including the recruitment process, employee relations, regulatory compliance, surveys, Health & Safety and training & development. 

Candidates need to have proven experience in a similar role, with good knowledge of HR functions, understanding of employment and Health & Safety laws and disciplinary procedures, and competent IT skills.  You will need outstanding organisational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work comfortably under pressure, with strong ethics and a compassionate approach.
