Enthusiastic and motivated HR Officer needed to provide a comprehensive and confidential service across a range of general HR disciplines. Working closely alongside the Chief People and Culture Officer you will have involvement in various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, retention, wellbeing, performance management, employee relations, diversity & inclusion and talent management. You will also provide advisory support to key stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be an experienced HR generalist, with a minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally supported by a professional qualification. You will have a proven background in dealing with a wide range of HR matters, and will have strong communication skills, a diplomatic, friendly approach, and the ability to prioritise in a busy team oriented environment.
