Part time - HR Generalist - Officer

Fantastic new HR opportunity for an experienced individual to provide HR support, guidance and solutions in a busy generalist role.  The successful applicant will be involved in a broad variety of HR matters, including the development of policies and procedures for best practice and working methods, provision of HR advice across the business, recruitment, payroll, employee issues, various projects and all general HR administrative support as required. 

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in HR administration and being willing to work independently.  An HR qualification is preferred along with advanced IT skills, strong communication skills, and a people focussed approach. 

This is a reduced hours role for up to 15 hours per week, with the option to work up to 2 days a week remotely.
