Experienced, capable and organised candidate required to process monthly and ad hoc payrolls across multiple jurisdictions within a leading financial services firm. You will also assist with the planning, oversight, development and delivery of compensation programmes to ensure that employees are offered first class benefits, as well as being involved in the proactive review and development of the payroll function, addressing any issues and contributing to ongoing improvements in policies and procedures.
Applicants should hold an accountancy qualification and ideally have previous experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills, attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality and GDPR.
