New vacancy available for an IT Helpdesk and Training Administrator to join our client and provide end user support, ensuring all systems are robust, providing training across main applications to new starters as well as ongoing functionality changes and providing support in the development and implementation of IT systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical awareness and expertise along with a practical, analytical, and ordered approach to problem resolution and excellent customer focus. Applicants must have relevant IT experience, preferably within several of the following core technologies including Mcirosoft Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Citrix and SQL.
