Performance Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Performance Manager with a strong commercial acumen to join their Management team.

Working closely with the MD, as Performance Manager you will lead a team to drive profitability and governance across broker distribution channels, whilst taking ownership of board sub-committees and contributing to the main Board.

The ideal applicant will have experience from a financial background and hold a relevant professional qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to drive strategic and tactical decisions in an insurance environment, where you will optimise pricing and product propositions, and enhance portfolio performance.
