Office Administrator - PA

Our client are seeking to recruit a dynamic Office Administrator / PA to provide efficient administrative, confidential support to Directors and to assist with the smooth running of the Jersey office, as well as systems support where appropriate.  

As Office Administrator / PA you will be required to provide all manner of administrative support to include, but not limited to, diary management, copy typing, booking travel including Visa, monitoring stationary / office supplies and screening telephone calls.

Attitude is key in this role as you will be asked to perform a variety of tasks in a high pressured, demanding and ever changing environment, therefore candidates must be able to prioritise and deal with day to day pressures independently using their own initiative. Previous experience of providing secretarial support would be beneficial and strong IT literacy, an enthusiastic, flexible approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
