Assistant Manager - Executive Compensation

Due to growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager with proven experience in the Share Plans and Incentives space to join our highly established client within their Executive Compensation division.
Joining a knowledgeable, growing and friendly team this really is a great opening where the successful candidate will take responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of structures, forming strong relationships with a number of clients whilst also assisting in the management of a team where you will provide technical support and assist in their development. There is variety in this role and, in addition to the day-to-day servicing of clients and their structures, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and potentially specialise in an area of interest.
Along with relevant experience, the ideal applicant will hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification e.g. ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent and have knowledge of local legislation / corporate governance. You will demonstrate a client centric approach and be driven to achieving excellence for yourself, the team, and your clients.
