Board level role for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced professional with a strong existing network in the corporate arena! Joining this well established firm, you will lead and be responsible for the governance, management and efficient running of their Corporate Services team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and relevant legislation. You will also be tasked with expanding and developing the breadth of the corporate services offering, and will have responsibility for defining and meeting BD targets.
Excellent relationship management skills and experience is essential, and you will build and develop strong relationships with high quality and demanding clients who value excellent client service and a personal, responsive service.
Applicants will need a minimum of ten years' relevant experience, with extensive technical fiduciary knowledge, a broad understanding of financial markets and demonstrated knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework. Previous Board experience is essential, along with proven leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and knowledgeably at all levels.
