Senior Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading Insurance firm, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to join their team!  The business is expanding, and in need of an enthusiastic individual to help ensure that all customers have a great experience..... this will involve meeting with customers to discuss requirements, and working closely with teams across the business to make sure these are met. 

You will also be responsible for leading a team, providing training and support on insurance products and company rules, and being a point of contact to assist with customer requirements and solve any problems connected with products or services. 

Applicants will need previous experience of leading a customer service team, ideally with knowledge of insurance but essentially with a willingness to learn.  You will need to be able to work calmly and productively in a fast-paced environment, always using top notch customer service skills and handling any problems with confidence and discretion.  This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team in an organisation that offers great support in growth and development.
