Trainee Technical Claims Handler

Great opportunity to join a well known Insurance firm and develop your career within their Technical Claims Team.  The successful applicant will take responsibility for managing their own caseload, including complex and large loss claims, and will assist with the provision of expert guidance on policies and procedures relating to claims handling.  You will also assist with payment authorisation, complaint handling, the development of the Claims Manual and other ad hoc duties as required.  As your experience develops you will be able to get involved in a wider range of responsibilities, including quality audits, control reporting and development, analysis of MI and ad hoc projects to improve systems and procedures. 

Candidates should be keen to develop a career in a sales-focussed environment, and be willing to study for relevant professional qualifications.  You'll need confident communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a supportive, fast-paced team.
