Assistant Manager - Policies and Procedures

Varied new challenge available on the Operations team of a leading professional services firm!  You will work with colleagues across all areas of the business and in different jurisdictions to deliver and maintain policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness, consistency, adherence to standards and to local regulations. This will include playing a part in the annual review of policy and procedure, and the development of tech solutions to support efficiencies. 

Candidates should have five years' relevant industry experience, either in a similar role or in trust/corporate/funds. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, along with a good level of IT literacy and the ability to work as a team, liaising effectively at all levels to achieve outcomes.
