Client Operations Manager

Do you have 3+ years' experience in operations working at managerial level? Are you experienced in NavOne and project management? If so, we've got the role for you!

Our valued client is seeking a Client Operations Manager to take on the active management of deadlines for data cleansing projects and NavOne system enhancements. A varied and interesting role where the successful candidate will be expected to manage the ongoing data management of the client lifecycle, assist with a variety of reporting, have oversight of data related projects, investigate end to end business processes and assist on drafting procedures and workflows in relation to general client operations.

Applicants must have excellent analytical and communication skills with an organised and professional approach and strong leadership ability. You must be able to multi-task in a deadline driven environment with the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels. Advanced skills in NavOne and MS Excel are essential and it would be desirable for applicants to have experience of process map writing and workflows.
