Associate Director - Deputy Head of Compliance - Risk & Compliance

Senior Compliance professional required to act as Deputy CO/MLCO for a reputabel fiduciary firm.  You will be responsible for driving multiple initiatives across the organisation, contributing to the compliance and risk strategy and culture, and advising senior management on relevant regulatory matters and best practice through the provision of comprehensive advisory, monitoring and control services. 

Candidates must currently hold a key person role, and will have a sound understanding of regulatory requirements within Funds and Trust Company business in Jersey.  The ability to think strategically and translate complex issues into clear and concise proposals for change will be an important factor for the role, as will a proven track record in financial services regulation and risk management. This role would be suited to a resilient and dependable individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for the role and a willingness to go the extra mile.
