Select Recruitment operates one of Jersey's only dedicated recruitment assessment and training centres. We help employers make better hiring decisions and give candidates the skills edge they need.
For employers
Use our skills assessments to validate candidate ability before you hire. Tests take 20-40 minutes and results are available same day. Particularly valuable for finance, admin, and IT roles where technical accuracy matters.
For candidates
Upskill in the tools employers actually ask for Microsoft Office, Sage accounting software, GDPR compliance, and more. Training is delivered in our St Helier centre and typically takes half a day per module.
