Financial Crime Assistant Manager

Exciting new opportunity to support group-wide compliance activities within a leading professional services firm, safeguarding the company and allowing service teams to excel in confidence.  The primary focus of the role will be overseeing the screening system, which processes client data and flags any issues, monitoring the screening and raising any issues to ensure effective resolutions. 

Candidates are required to have a minimum of three years' relevant experience in a compliance function, or within a financial crime focussed role, which must include direct experience of screening systems and processes. The ability to work autonomously, make decisions and use initiative is a must, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
