Senior Recruitment Officer

Fantastic new role available with a leading financial services firm for an experienced individual to take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for the Channel Islands, including oversight of onboarding and maintenance of all policies and procedures. 

Applicants are required to have previous experience in a similar role, with strong technical knowledge of recruitment within financial services, and ideally some HR experience.  You'll need a good understanding of the local market, and knowledge of local employment and regulatory regimes.  Previous team management experience would be beneficial, and applicants need to have the ability to self-manage and organise, prioritising conflicting demands in a time pressured environment and remaining calm under pressure.
