Events Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to be responsibility in the planning, coordination, and execution of all events at the hotel.

Reporting to the general manager, as Events Executive you will play a crucial role in overseeing event preparations, understanding the requirements for each event, and collaborating with clients and the operations team. Your role involves serving as a key ambassador and fostering strong relationships with both clients and suppliers. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional commercial awareness, contributing significantly to the hotel's reputation and revenue growth. This includes maximising revenue and optimising the use of meeting spaces. You will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing all events at the hotel, with a focus on marketing these events effectively to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, ability to multitask under pressure as well as experience in project management with a track record of successful events.
