Building Surveyor

Great new role for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a reputable property management firm!  As part of the surveying team, the successful applicant will deal with all aspects of building surveying across both private and public sectors, working with a range of clients to achieve successful outcomes.  You will also be responsible for managing projects, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed time frames and to budget. 

The successful applicant will hold professional membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, or equivalent, and be willing to work towards MRICS status.  You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, will hold (or be willing to obtain) a current site card, and have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.  Knowledge of Building Regulations and other construction and health and safety regulations is required, along with sound IT skills and a valid driving licence.  

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and forward thinking individual, who wants to make a difference to the business.  You will have an analytical approach, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, making decisions in a time pressured environment, and working collaboratively within a close knit team.
