Administrator - Private Clients

Looking to advance your Trust career?  We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a few years' experience to join a boutique Family Office, and assist with a portfolio of high quality clients within an experienced and supportive team. Duties will include general client administration such as maintaining statutory records, preparing regulatory documentation, drafting minutes, assisting with board pack presentations and generally assisting with meetings, as well as finance administration, including payment processing, monitoring of funds and billing. You will also provide ad hoc support across the team with general administration. 

Applicants will need at least 1-2 years' private clients experience, and must demonstrate a commitment to service excellence.  You'll need strong communication skills, a good level of IT literacy, and the ability to prioritise workloads.
