Fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager with proven experience in the EBT and Incentives space to join our highly established client within their Executive Compensation division.

Joining a knowledgeable team of professionals this really is a great opening for a talented and ambitious individual who wants to learn, progress and thrive! The successful candidate will take responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of diverse employee benefit trusts, forming strong relationships with a number of key clients whilst also assisting in the management of a team of EBT administrators where you will provide technical support and assist in their development.

Along with relevant experience, the ideal applicant will be professionally qualified e.g. ICSA, STEP, ACCA or equivalent and have knowledge of local legislation / corporate governance. You will demonstrate a client centric approach  and be driven to achieving excellence for yourself, the team, and your clients.
