Commercial - Finance Supervisor / Manager

Our local commercial client is seeking to recruit a Finance Supervisor / Manager to lead the finance accounts team ensuring to encourage, motivate and train all colleagues, ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently and that deadlines are met. A hands-on role, the successful candidate will also be required to carry out duties relating to general ledger, account and statistical reconciliations, management & external reporting, payroll and financial controls.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional attitude with the ability to inspire / encourage others and have a commitment toward continual improvement.  Must have a background in a similar role, and previous mentoring/ supervisory experience would be ideal.  A formal accounting qualification is required, but could consider someone who’s near completion, consideration will also be given to those who are qualified through experience.
