Great opportunity to join the Group Finance function of a leading private investment firm!  This could be a fantastic development opportunity for a passionate, committed and ambitious individual who is motivated to advance their career whilst contributing to the success of the business.  For the right candidate our client would also consider someone with slightly less experience (eg 1-2 years PQE). 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the financial accounting of group entities, providing financial analysis on a range of corporate accounting topics and supporting plans to improve efficiency, and you'll have the chance to provide insightful recommendations to updates in accounting policies, procedures and controls. 

Tasks will also include year-end consolidation of accounts, processing of day-to-day financial transactions, preparation of monthly management accounts, working on technology and transformation initiatives, and involvement in the planning of annual audits and the production of statutory financial statements.

Along with strong academics and a relevant professional qualification, you will need strong financial reporting consolidation experience, and demonstrable ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines.
