Customer Service Executive

Great new role available within a busy Client Service team for an enthusiastic individual to provide assistance with clients' daily banking requirements.
Daily duties will include regular liaison with clients to deal with any queries and arrange online banking activities, and carrying out client instructions (payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, fixed deposits etc). You will work collaboratively to assist and support colleagues at busy times, always working to identify opportunities to cross and up sell the bank's products and services, and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Previous banking experience would be ideal and applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in a career within banking and a commitment to learning about the products and services offered. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as a good level of IT literacy, the ability to work within a busy team, and a pro-active approach to suggesting new ideas.
