Junior Credit Card Support

Our client is seeking a bright and analytically minded junior level candidate to join their Credit Risk team where you will support the analysts in daily tasks, including customer support and general operational admin. A large part of the role will focus on digital onboarding of clients, preparing credit card application packs and assisting with any enquiries and emails.  There will also be the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects, and any large-scale system tasks that may arise. 

Applicants should have strong analytical skills and a good level of attention to detail, with a desire to develop knowledge and understanding of financial crime/fraud risk. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to client service, and the ability to manage time effectively and juggle priorities.
