RM - Client Support Team Lead

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to supervise and organise a team of Account Managers, taking overall responsibility for ensuring excellent client support and operational efficiency. The successful applicant will be the primary point of contact between Relationship Managers and a portfolio of clients, overseeing the day-to-day servicing of clients and managing workflows. This will include cross and up selling of banking products and services, and co-ordinating across departments to ensure all client requirements are met.
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong client service mentality and previous team management responsibility. You'll need a good understanding of banking products, services and regulatory requirements, and a high degree of risk awareness. The ideal applicant will be someone with a pro-active approach to suggesting new ideas and innovations, and who can think outside of the box, demonstrating enthusiasm for change and the unexpected!
